Apple Macintosh Link Directory and Resource Guide

AppleShooter is being transformed into a resource guide for Apple computer users worldwide. Tech service is no longer offered but direct consulting and tutoring are available on a limited basis. There are so many great Apple web sites that it would be pointless for anyone to start another one without being a Mac fanatic. I'm not a fan of Mac groupie cults or trivia. And I happen to believe that Steve Jobs is a mere mortal. But I also believe that Apple has always been the most innovative and important computer company in the world. It offers the best environment for creatives like myself. I personally use Macs for photography, writing, content publishing and everything else. My exposure to Macs goes back decades. I became a rabid Mac user by 1993. But I had a casual association with personal computers as early as 1977. The strength of Apple Computer as a company had its rebirth by 1998 after it recalled the man it coldly fired a dozen years earlier. Since that time, the real identity of Apple has been born anew while the quality and quantity of Apple-related web sites have grown exponentially. AppleShooter now aspires to link the best Mac web sites on the planet.

Services Now Mostly Limited to Tutoring and Consulting
For those who live in greater Denver, Colorado, AppleShooter still offers direct tutoring and consulting. But please ignore anything on this web site that still mentions tech services or computer repairs. As the web site is overhauled soon, those mentions will disappear.

I offer my tutoring/consulting services to anyone who may have some valuable service or trade that I may desire in kind. If you simply must pay cash, I would have to charge $96/hour for my consulting. I no longer have a financial need to do tech work. This web site is no longer focused on making a living.

My life today is more centered on photography, writing and online content publishing, the things that I have always done. I'm an "art bum." And I also have moderate investments. In terms of free exchange, I may be interested in collaberating with certain kinds of programmers, Web 2 developers, musicians and digital film makers who use Apple Macintosh equipment.

The revision of AppleShooter.com will hereafter be focused toward becoming a general resource and link directory for Mac users around the globe.
